Bevens Road is minor collector road near the City of Caro in Tuscola County, Michigan. GFA performed full engineering design and Michigan Department of Transportation Local Agency Programming for the Tuscola County Road Commission for this project. The project consisted of 3.21 miles of HMA resurfacing from M-24 to E Dayton Road, shoulder gravel, permanent pavement markings, drive approaches and permanent signage upgrades. Ace-Saginaw Paving completed this project in the Fall of 2023.
